kind staffroom upgradecomfortable bedconvenient location
the staff was kind. i got an upgrade to a better room at the same price, i appreciate that. the bed was comfortable and provided a good night's sleep, it was great. the hotel had a very good location close to the center, it was convenient.
the floors needed better cleaning. it was a minor issue though, not a huge problem.

the location is fantastic close to one of the largest parks. i found the van gogh museum and the rijksmuseum to be quite close, and tram lines are also easily accessible. i enjoyed it.

There is a convenience store very close. it was easy to buy any essentials needed . This was really helpful. the availability made it convenient, especially for quick snacks or drinks.

this hotel has a great location near vondelpark, just a short walk to museumplein. i found many cafes and restaurants nearby, really convenient. the room was quiet and the bed was comfortable (though i could have used an extra pillow). the staff were friendly and gave helpful advice about the city.

the staff were helpful and willing to assist with questions i had about the area. they also let me leave my luggage at the reception on my last day. it allowed me to enjoy the city without carrying my bags.

a coffee machine was available in the room, a very nice touch. it was good to start the day with a fresh coffee. i did not get a chance to try breakfast, so i can not comment on this aspect.

the hotel is in a quiet area not far from vondelpark (it is a great place for a walk). museumplein is only a short walk away. several cafes and restaurants are nearby, which makes it convenient for meals.

The staff welcomed me warmly and offered assistance whenever I needed it. The location is great. It is very close to Vondelpark, a lovely green space, and conveniently near public transport links. I found the easy digital check-in very useful, and I appreciated the availability of coffee and tea.
The room lacked storage space. With the limited floor area, managing belongings with my partner became a bit challenging.

i found the location quite convenient. it is near vondelpark and some restaurants are only two blocks away. i could rent a bike directly from the hotel. the staff was accommodating and friendly, which i appreciated.
the parking payment process took 30 minutes during check-out because i had to pay for it, a quicker system would be appreciated.
